EXTENDED HEALTH MEASURES FOR RIVERVIEW INDUSTRIAL WOOD PRODUCS INC.
We are currently experiencing a very challenging and unprecedented time and we expect the weeks ahead will be difficult. Our goal as a company is to not only deliver quality products and excellent service to our customers but to protect the health and safety of our employees and their families.
During this pandemic Riverview Industrial Wood Products Inc is taking extended measures to protect the health of our employees, contractors, vendors and visitors. We ask for your assistance in helping us protect each other during this time.
Please avoid entering Riverview facilities under the following circumstances:
• High Fever-anything exceeding 100 degrees
• Cough
• Difficulty Breathing
• Recent travel to any area identified by the CDC, WHO, Federal & State Health Agencies as an area of concern.
We encourage our employees and everyone else to adopt preventative actions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and all respiratory diseases.
• Stay home if you are sick or exhibiting virus symptoms.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Maintain social distance. Minimize exposure to others until risk levels decrease-avoid social practices such as shaking hands, hugging, or other greetings that involve touching. Officials are encouraging people to maintain an expanded personal space when possible (5-6 feet).
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• All facilities will have appropriate placement of hand washing and sanitation dispensers. We strongly encourage all employees to be vigilant with personal hygiene practices. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after using the bathroom, before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• We will clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using approved methods.
We will be monitoring daily announcements provided by CDC/WHO and other agencies. We will be actively communicating information to our employees as the situation continues to develop. Any recommendations announced by the CDC/WHO and other agencies will be considered, and action will be taken as necessary.
